Q1: How can you offer your properties at such a low price?

A1: We buy directly from owners that no longer want their properties at bargains and turn over our properties quickly passing along the savings to you!

Q2:  How can we be confident the property is as described?

A2: We live by the “Golden Rule” and hope you will refer friends and family to us or buy more properties from us in the future, we can’t be successful if we don’t treat your well.

Q3: How are your properties different than those listed on the MLS?                              A3: The MLS usually has properties with home or improvements, our land is unimproved and often not listed on the MLS.

Q4: Are you a real estate agent?A4:  We are not real estate agents, we just buy and sell land.

Q5:  Why did you offer to buy my property for less than the appraised value? 
A5:  Great question, we research an area before making offers and are looking for sellers that decided they no longer want to keep their properties for various reasons such as back taxes, change of plans, health or work
