Who we are at LAND PERFECTION….

Logan & Jasmine have three crazy and awesome kids. Logan is in Project Management with a major Oil & Gas Company.  He desired to spend time with his family and develop a business that did not require working five days a week away from his family. Since he is passionate about Real Estate and the great outdoors, investing in vacant land became his opportunity to spend time with his family.

Logan & Jasmine started Land Perfection in 2018 with a focus on vacant land with desirable attributes (location, topography, access to utilities, acreage, zoning and tree cover). We focus on finding land permitted for mobile homes in order to serve the housing needs of the less affluent, who want the pride of owning their own land and home.

Properties are priced well below market value in order sell promptly.  Land Perfection prides itself on fair dealings and providing great service. The company is registered as Salvation Properties LLC with the Texas Secretary of State.

Logan & Jasmine Jordan

We both grew up in Indiana and so are Hoosiers at heart, still having some family residing there. We met at Purdue where we both graduated and have been together ever since travelling around the US and world for Logan’s job and now we focus full time on real estate.

Logan is passionate about cycling, hiking and the outdoors and has spent considerable time educating himself on real estate also gaining investing experience. Jasmine loves travel and spending time with family and friends.

They are involved at their Church and value their Christian faith and salvation.
